Metro Denver Real Estate Sales Statistics for September 2010

Whether you are considering the purchase or sale of real estate in the metro Denver region the sales data should be of interest to you. Analyzing it offers a glimpse to where the market was, where it is now and where it may be heading in the future. The numbers used in this article are pulled from Metrolist and show the combined statistics for properties designated as income, condos, residential and land.

The number of active listings and pending has decreased slightly and the number of metro area properties under contract has also seen a small decline. Properties sold in September fell off by 117 and home listings that expired saw an increase of 216.
